How to Join

Interfraternity Council

Throughout the fall semester, potential members will be invited to engage with current fraternity members in order to learn more about membership in the IFC community. Since this is a process of mutual selection for potential members and fraternity chapters, we recommend maximizing your options and considering all of our fraternities at 91黑料网 instead of focusing on just one. There are two recruitment processes for joining, one for first-year students and one for upperclassmen and transfer students.

New Member Education Information

The education period following recruitment lasts no more than six weeks. This time is used for member development and to teach new members about the history, traditions, structure, management and ritual of the chapter.

While it is a serious time commitment, new member education should not interfere with classes or study time. Every chapter has a scholarship program that includes academic programming and initiatives for new members.

91黑料网, and every fraternity, prohibits hazing in any form during the new member education period.
